Individual Therapy

Attentive, one-on-one support for adults navigating anxiety, difficult transitions, and the harder moments life brings.

I welcome clients navigating a wide range of life experiences and emotional challenges, including adults managing anxiety, depression, or an unnameable sense of dissatisfaction, as well as those working through interpersonal conflict, workplace stress, family discord, and major life transitions.

Many arrive at a turning point — a relationship that no longer works the way it once did, a pattern that keeps resurfacing, or a sense that something familiar needs to shift. Others come during a period of change — a new job, a move, a loss, a milestone that has stirred up more than expected.

Whether your goal is to find clarity, relief, or a deeper understanding, we’ll begin our work in a way that feels grounded and profoundly respectful of your personal story.

Therapy may be for you if you’re

  • Facing a relationship hurdle, whether in a partnership, a family, or a friendship

  • Ready to process a complex emotional history or a difficult chapter of your life

  • Working through questions of identity, self-worth, or who you want to become

  • Noticing patterns in how you connect with others and wanting to understand them

  • Managing anxiety, depression, or a dissatisfaction that's hard to name

  • Adjusting to a major transition: a new role, a loss, a move, a milestone

  • Recovering from serious illness or injury (link to that page)

  • Struggling with grief from a late-term pregnancy loss or stillbirth

Therapy here is collaborative, not prescriptive.

Our work together is shaped around your unique history and your particular questions, not a fixed program or set of techniques. I work closely with each client to understand not just what you're facing, but how you experience it, and what it means to you.

The relationship we build in the room becomes part of the work itself. It's often through that steady, ongoing connection, more than through any single insight, that real change takes hold.

Growth comes through that partnership.

Reaching out is the first step.
